The votes were counted at 11am December 8 by Treasurer, Carl Helmetag and Susan Aitcheson, Board Member and Finance Committee Member. The final vote was unanimous with 160 votes in total for the Proposed Amendments to the  Constitution. 26% of the membership voted thereby surpassing the 15% needed for the quorum.
