I bequeath the sum of $________ to the Providence Art Club, a Rhode Island Nonprofit 501c3 Corporation located in Providence, Rhode Island, for its general uses and purposes.
What type of donations will benefit the Club?
Monetary gifts will be appreciated and put to good use maintaining the Club and furthering our goals. Monetary gifts may be given as restricted or unrestricted funds.
Collectors may wish to donate original works to become part of the collection. Contact Nancy Whippell Grinnell, Collections Chair, at nancywgrinell@cox.net to inquire about donating a piece of artwork.
Is My Gift Tax Deductible? Yes. The full amount of your monetary contribution may be deductible from your taxable income. The deductible amount for donations of property may be as much as fair market value. The Providence Art Club recommends that you consult your accountant regarding applicable tax law before making a significant donation.
Will I Receive a Receipt of My Donation?
Yes. The Providence Art Club provides written acknowledgment of each donation it accepts.
