Signed "CH Tillinghast 1894"; Cathy Burt has verified that this piece was done by a woman, who was part of the "Fall River School". She is a distant relationship to Exhibiting Artist Member W. Bruce Tillinghast, who saw it at the former Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Annual Antique Show held in early November. (No longer held). Interested in hearing about how he got it? Ask Bruce!
